Summer
In the summer season there are plenty of family activities in St Sigmund and surroundings, like hiking in the mountains with its overwhelming nature. In the neighborhood of the pension there are many marked hiking trails. In the vicinity of the pension you can also go paragliding, rafting, mountain climbing, caving or trekking through the mountains. Alternatively, a day of sightseeing or shopping in the beautiful center of Innsbruck is also very worthwhile. Innsbruck is located 25 km away from our pension.
Trained cyclists can make beautiful trips on a mountain bike or racing bike. For motorcyclists the Alps also offer great opportunities, as you can make wonderful trips and there are various tours possible starting from St. Sigmund. For example, within one hour you are on the Brenner Pass, as well in Italy.
